Phase 1 of Bhimashankar Jungle Medicine operates exclusively through WhatsApp-based ordering. • By clicking "Order on WhatsApp", you will be redirected to WhatsApp with a pre-filled message containing your product selection. • Orders are confirmed only after verbal/text agreement with our representative on WhatsApp. • Delivery timelines, shipping charges, and refund policies will be communicated individually at the time of order confirmation. • We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. • Prices communicated on WhatsApp at the time of order confirmation are final. • Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid terms are agreed on WhatsApp per order. Phase 2 (if enabled by the administrator) will allow direct online purchases via Razorpay payment gateway. • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials. • In case of payment failure, please do not retry without confirmation. Contact us on WhatsApp to verify. • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. • Partial payments and EMIs are not supported unless explicitly offered during checkout. Note: Direct online checkout is currently not active. All orders are fulfilled via WhatsApp.
